Each member of our staff brings a unique set of skills, expertise, and compassion to our mission of helping individuals achieve lasting recovery. Our staff's impeccable reputation and integrity speak to their commitment to providing the highest quality of care. What sets our team apart is their personal understanding of addiction, as many of our staff members have walked in the same shoes as our patients. This firsthand experience gives us a unique perspective and makes us uniquely qualified to guide individuals on their journey to sobriety.

Our Executive Team

Peter Marinelli, CEO

FOUNDER/ EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Peter Marinelli has been sober himself for over 35 years and has dedicated his life to helping people who suffer from alcoholism and drug addiction.Peter’s experience in the addiction field is impressive, and spans over multiple decades throughout the United States. Peter has started several 12-step immersion programs for different facilities, but in 2018, he founded the nonprofit organization The Archway Foundation to help those who experience financial barriers when trying to receive quality treatment. Peter is a published author and is a Certified Interventionist. He has given countless talks across the U.S and abroad, including television, radio, and podcasts on the subjects of recovery and spirituality.
Marion Marinelli

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND COMMUNICATION
Marion Marinelli has been sober since 1989. She has been heavily involved with her Church since her first days of recovery and has enjoyed years of success in the chemical addiction field. Originally from Bellingham, Washington, Marion now resides in South Florida. Her favorite phrase is "You can't out give God" Marion and her husband Peter Marinelli have walked many men and women down the path of recovery on both a personal and public level. Marion strives to better herself and to be of service to those around her. Marion is one of the biggest reasons why The Archway Foundation is a uniquely special place!
Christopher Murphy

DIRECTOR OF FINANCES AND ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS
Christopher has committed his life to making a difference in the treatment center industry. Since 2020, he has been a part of The Archway Foundation. Christopher is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, earning Summa Cum Laude honors for his degrees in Business Management and Digital Marketing. These academic achievements have led to his membership in the Phi Kappa Phi National Honors Society. Additionally, Christopher holds certification as a CF-L1 fitness coach.
